Two minutes, start to finish. Copy your signature from this page, then paste it into your email program. Nothing to download, nothing to install.
Find your name and press Copy signature. That puts it on your clipboard, ready to paste.

Follow the line for the program you use. You only need that one.
Click inside the large empty signature box and press Cmd V on a Mac, or Ctrl V on Windows.
Your signature appears straight away, logo and colours included.
Under the signature box is a tickbox reading Always match my default message font. Make sure it is unticked. Left on, it strips your signature back to plain text.
Close the settings window to save. On Outlook for Windows, also choose your new signature under New messages in that same window so it appears on its own.
Send one email to yourself and check it looks right.
Outlook and Apple Mail on phones and tablets can only keep plain text in their signature setting. That limit is built into those apps, so a designed signature cannot be set to appear there on its own.
This does not affect the people you email. Anyone reading your message on a phone still sees your full signature as designed. It only applies when you are writing an email from your own phone, and we have sent a short plain text version for that.
You can also save your signature as a picture and drop it into an email by hand when you want the full look. Handy for documents and proposals too.
One trade-off: a picture has no clickable links, so nobody can tap your email address or website from it. Use the real signature on your computer wherever you can.
